- Next week's Raw (which is scheduled for three hours) will be a one-night-only King of the Ring tournament. The entire tournament will run over the course of the show.

As reported earlier, WWE World Champion The Undertaker will take on Batista in a non-title matchup on this week’s edition of SmackDown.
- ECW founder Tod Gordon sent out an announcement today saying that he is retiring from the wrestling business.
